We align our obligations of confidentiality with the applicable privacy laws and in line with our Ethical Values. However, you are under no obligation to use our website or to participate in any information collection activities. Use of our website or your provision of personal or sensitive information implies your acceptance of our policies.

The kind of Personal and Sensitive Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The Personal and Sensitive Information which we collect and hold about you may include but is not limited to:

This includes to our clients and candidates, external parties as relevant in the course of normal business to our service providers who assist us in functions like operating the Website, payroll, visa processing, accounting, IT and support, legal. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
(c) By using our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material from Us. We will only use your Personal Information for the purpose we have collected such information, and if it is material of a type which you would reasonably expect to receive from use. We do not use sensitive Personal Information in direct marketing activity. Your Personal Information may be transferred to recipients located in non- Australian locations (as required during the recruitment process). You consent to us transferring your Personal Information to non- Australian locations (as required during the recruitment process) in the knowledge that if your Personal Information is mishandled in that jurisdiction, we disclaim responsibility and you will not have a remedy under Australian law.
7. GDPR
In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. (a) Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Portals or Services, is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services or Portals, immediately.
(b) Epsilon 3 may provide links to other sites including linking to our Contractor Portal (Portal) which provides timesheet and payroll functions. We do not accept any responsibility for, or liability in respect of, the content of those sites, or the availability of those sites. Using automatic links to gain access to such sites is entirely at your own risk.
(c) If you are required to register with this Website or our Portal, and to sign in when you visit the site or Portal, you may need to use a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security and protection of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person.
