The Epsilon 3 story
Epsilon 3 evolved from Toni Wiggill's vision to reinvent recruitment. More than your average recruitment partner, Toni is passionate about crafting meaningful connections and building strong teams, focusing on the right person for the right role, with a human-centred recruitment approach.
Central to this vision is Epsilon 3's Human-Centred Recruitment process. Designed to build high-performing teams, our process follows a human-centred, ethical, and transparent approach, which ensures an engaging experience for both our clients and candidates.
Human-centred design is a creative problem-solving approach that places the needs of people at the centre, enhancing user satisfaction and improving overall effectiveness and efficiency of the problem-solving process. The Stanford University design program, founded in 1958 by Profession John E. Arnold, is often credited with the origins of human-centred design.
At the core of our business' motivation lies our aim to aid individuals in their career progression and empower organisations to manage their talent sustainably. Through comprehensive services such as talent pooling, profiling, recruitment, and onboarding, we strive to make a tangible difference. This ethos, coupled with the Epsilon 3 Human-Centred Recruitment approach, fuels Epsilon 3's dedication to delivering exceptional service, resonating with our clients, and highlighting the essence of our existence.
